The Men’s Fresh Start Program.
Sometimes it's nice for a man to have a Fresh Start, when he can retreat, regather the troops, take stock and prepare to launch his next attempt at living more intelligently, openly, more productively and effectively, with more integrity and passion.
He can prepare to turn over a new leaf by assessing his options, checking his course, realigning with his deepest vision of his life, an moving forward once again.
The Men’s Fresh Start Program is a 40 hour, 2 nights intensive that takes place at Aaron amazing acreage, set in the foothills of central Alberta.
The program starts at 6 pm on Friday evening when we meet at Aaron’s office in downtown Red Deer (ending Sunday when you are returned to the office at noon)
From the office you will be transported to Aaron’s acreage, 45 minutes away, and west of Bowden. Upon arriving at the acreage you will allowed some time to unpack, settle in and explore the beautiful surroundings.
From there, the program consists of 3 kinds of time.
1. Alone Time: this is time to work on journaling and self explorations that is mandatory for the completion of this program. This time is important for the reflection and assimilation of new perspectives and ways of thinking and perceiving.
2. Unstructured Time with Aaron: this is time that is ‘off the clock’, where a variety of activities can take place, including but not limited to:
- Hiking, walking
- Sweat Lodge time
- Exercise and rest
- Watching relevant movies
- Discussion of psychological, philosophical and spiritual topics
This Unstructured Time can be immensely valuable, and can be used to observe and examine Aaron’s own way of living, planning, structuring, and carrying out the various activities necessary for living his ultra-dynamic lifestyle, which has as its mission:

3. Structured Time with Aaron: this is 1-1 time that is focused specifically on your own personal issues, challenges, hopes/dreams and questions.
This Structured Time will be spent on topics and explorations that are specifically relevant to you. The pace will be determined by your ability to move through the various explorations, your attention span and level of motivation. This means you will ultimately determine the value of your own Fresh Start Program.
Your actual cost for the Men’s Fresh Start Program will be determined by how much Structured Time with Aaron you feel is necessary/adequate, and you have two options.
i) A block of 5 hours of Structured Time, and including transport to and from the acreage, meals, 2 nights accommodation = $697.00 plus tax ($34.95) is $731.85
ii) A block of 11 hours of Structured Time, and including transport to and from the acreage, meals, 2 nights accommodation = $997.00 plus tax ($49.85) is $1046.85
You bring warm and cool weather clothes, boots, and medications. I will supply everything else.
These fees include the, A Man’s Word Is His Bond, satisfaction guarantee, which means your satisfaction immediately following the Men's Fresh Start Program is mandatory or your money will be reimbursed immediately.
Full payment must be received when dates are determined, and a refund is possible for cancellations received more than 4 weeks in advance.
